Email safety tips


We are sending emails that are necessary to verify your account, notification about new inquiries, and other service information.

 WHAT WE DO NOT:
  • - asking you about your personal data, birthday, family relationships or similar
  • - asking for your bank account, or credit card information 
  • - asking for paying via link incuded in email
  • - arrange competitions, “click on and you will win…”
  • - asking you about second verification with the link in email, unless you forgot the password, and asked for a new.
  •  - asking you for login from link in the email
  • - In doubt, please contact us via our contact us form
NOTE   if you received a message from us (with the Senders ID name), please check the senders email address -and login from our website. 
 

Safety tips for corresponding with people interested in your business offering.


Be careful how you correspond with potential sellers, buyers, investors, and businesses interested in partnership.
  • - check always the senders information, email address, domain registrant, (i.e. https://whois.eurid.eu/en/ ), Company (https://europa.eu/youreurope/business/taxation/vat/check-vat-number-vies/index_en.htm) , opinion, Social Media (i.e. https://www.linkedin.com )
  • - check the senders IP – on Microsoft – View message source. , on gmail-  "Show original", on other please check your clients/servers guide.
  • - check always the hidden link under i.e. button or text , does it look like from the computer?
  • - never give your confidential information to businesses or people you did not checked.
  • - avoid to disclose your business idea to someone you do not trust and do not have any legal contract: NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement , (CA) Confidentiality Agreement or other.
  • - never pay via link send in email, 
  • - never open unknown or unexpected attachments i.e. order you never made, payment for something you never ordered.
  • - if you received any suspicious message from our user, please let us know, we will verify the user additionally.
  • - be careful with the messages contains “strange” characters.
  • - be careful what do you download from email or websites
  • - use common sense – the same you probably use every day by meeting new people.
